Michael – Practice Manager
With over 20 years of leadership and staffing experience in healthcare, Michael brings structure, consistency, and a people-first mindset to Center Animal Clinic. He is committed to building strong teams and meaningful relationships that support both clients and staff. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, caring for his dog Blanche, and unwinding through cooking and gardening.
Leola – Customer Service Manager
Leola leads the front desk team with warmth, organization, and a genuine love for people and pets. She plays a hands-on role in daily operations, ensuring every client interaction feels welcoming and seamless. A lifelong animal lover, Leola grew up surrounded by animals and brings that passion into her work every day. Outside the clinic, she treasures time with her family, especially her eight grandchildren, who keep her smiling and busy.
Amber – Chief Veterinary Technician
Amber serves as Chief Veterinary Technician, bringing strong clinical expertise and steady leadership to the care team. With advanced training in anesthesia, abdominal ultrasound, echocardiography, and laser therapy, she is deeply committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care, especially for senior pets. Outside the clinic, Amber enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her dogs, cats, and chickens.
Laurie – Bookkeeper
Laurie, known as “The Bookkeeper,” has been part of Center Animal Clinic since 1994. After retiring from her work in Pittsburgh, she joined the clinic part-time at the invitation of its former owners and has remained ever since. She balances her role at the clinic with work on the family farm, appreciating the flexibility the doctors provide. Laurie enjoys seeing and petting the clinic’s patients and values being part of the team’s collaborative spirit. Her favorite quote, from Winnie the Pooh, reflects her lighthearted nature: “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.”"

Morgan – Lead Customer Service Representative
Morgan is often the first friendly face to welcome clients to Center Animal Clinic. With a lifelong love for animals and a natural ability to connect with people, she plays a key role in creating a warm, positive experience from start to finish. Morgan enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and making every visit feel personal. Outside of the clinic, she spends time with her dog Jazzy, enjoys getting outdoors, and brings the same upbeat, adaptable energy to everything she does.
Beth – Customer Service Representative
Beth brings more than 20 years of experience in the human medical field to her role at Center Animal Clinic. Her background in patient care and customer service allows her to support clients with confidence and kindness. A dedicated animal advocate, Beth is passionate about Trap-Neuter-Return efforts and caring for cats in need. When she’s not at work, she enjoys baking, cooking, and dreaming about future travels, always bringing warmth and enthusiasm to the team.
Technician Team
Michele – Certified Veterinary Technician
Michele is a Certified Veterinary Technician with nearly 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine. She has a strong interest in surgical support and enjoys working closely with doctors to provide safe, attentive care for pets. Michelle thrives in a setting where no two days are the same and values the opportunity to continually learn and grow. Outside the clinic, she spends much of her time cheering on her kids at soccer games and caring for her Goldendoodle, Merk, and her cats, Ozwald and Mango.
Maddie – Veterinary Technician
Maddie brings experience in both general practice and emergency medicine to her role at Center Animal Clinic. She is passionate about helping animals in need and supporting pet owners through education and clear communication. Maddie shares her home with Bear, a rescued Beagle, Pit Bull, and Collie mix. She recently returned to work after welcoming her first baby girl and is soaking up every moment of being a new mom to her daughter, Josie. In her free time, she enjoys baking, shopping, and spending time with her growing family.
Rachel – Veterinary Technician
Rachel has several years of experience in general practice and critical care, with a strong interest in emergency medicine. She enjoys working in fast-paced environments and finds fulfillment in helping pets recover and return home to their families. Outside of work, Rachel spends time with her two cats Theodor and Mia, and enjoys thrifting, walking with her family, and cooking.
Jessica – Veterinary Technician
Jessica is a compassionate Veterinary Technician with several years of hands-on experience in veterinary care. Fear-Free Certified, she is dedicated to creating a calm, comfortable experience for every pet while supporting clients through education and preventative care. Raised on a cattle farm, Jessica developed a lifelong connection to animals that continues to shape her thoughtful approach. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her dogs, birds, and other beloved pets.
Rob – Veterinary Technician
Rob is a dedicated Veterinary Technician with over 10 years of experience, known for his compassionate care and strong work ethic. Before entering veterinary medicine, he owned a pizza business, where he developed leadership and customer service skills that continue to shape his approach. In 2015, he was recognized as the Vet Tech Institute’s Most Outstanding Student. Outside of work, Rob enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing chess, fishing, and spending time with his cat, Willow.
Mary – Certified Veterinary Technician
Mary began her career as a Veterinary Technician in 2020 and has gained experience in both a high-volume spay and neuter clinic and private practice. She is known for her excellent customer service and her special talent for working with cats, qualities she takes great pride in. Mary is passionate about providing compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every pet and their owner. Outside of work, she enjoys card making, bingo, and trips to Las Vegas, and she shares her home with three cats, including Willy and Nelson
